Renting Process and Pet Policy

If you are Military or DOD: At the appointment, if you have not already submitted an application through the website or by email, you’ll be required to fill one out. You will need to provide your previous address, First Sergeant’s contact information and two non-family references. Please bring a copy of your Military I.D. and LES papers with you to your appointment. A background check is not required for Military and DoD.

If you are a Civilian (not Military): At the appointment, if you have not already submitted an application through the website or by email, you’ll be required to fill one out. On the application, you will need to provide your current Landlord’s contact information, proof of employment and verification of an income of $1500 or more each month, as well as, two non-family references. Please bring a valid I.D. and your proof of income with you to your appointment. We will not show our houses until the application is complete. In order to be approved and place a deposit a background check is required for each adult planning to live in one of our properties.

Once you have decided on a house to rent and you have been approved, you can give a security deposit. A full deposit will hold a house for 14 days. To move into a house, the deposit, pet deposits (if applicable) and first month’s rent have to be paid. You also will be required to sign a 12 month lease.

Pet policy: $1000 deposit per pet (the first pet is refundable with stipulation) and $25 additional rent per pet per month. We do not have breed restriction or a weight limit.

Refund Policy: Once you place a deposit, you have 24 hours to receive your full deposit back. After 24 hours, the refund will be prorated.
